I have owned and operated, The Maids serving Alexandria since 1987. I have a degree from Duke University in Business/Economics and went into the cleaning business sold on the idea that quality cleaning service was needed in the area. My prevailing business philosophy is to render quality service at a reasonable fee. This objective is achieved primarily through the hiring, training and retention of good people who are attuned to customer service and hard work. We now have over 600 regular customers.

Remo Molino

Hello, I’m Remo Molino, owner of The Maids Home Services. I believe that having a clean, well organized home contributes to your good health and happiness. I’ve always had a reputation as the “Mr. Clean” in the family. Growing up, I helped my mother clean our home and I always kept my toys tidy – even as a young child! In college, I got a lot of ribbing from the guys for vacuuming our dorm room and even shining the hardware on my furniture. But I really enjoyed having a nice environment.When my own need for a high quality home cleaning service could not be met by other local cleaning companies, I knew what business I needed to start. My friends and family were not surprised when I decided to live my lifelong dream of owning my own business as a The Maids Home Services franchise owner.

Our franchisor, The Maids International, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska has developed and reined a 22-step Healthy Touch cleaning system exclusive to The Maids Home Services, which we follow judiciously. The cleaning solutions and equipment we use are state-of-the-art, environmentally preferable and very effective. Our backpack vacuum captures and removes dirt and contaminants down to 1/210th the diameter of a human hair. We use clean cloths and vacuum bags in each home so as to avoid cross-contamination. This means we provide a cleaner and healthier home environment.
